Hilbre and Bardsey models are between 64 and 68 cm deep and will therefore go through standard domestic doorways.
The dining table models are obviously slightly larger - please call us before order to make sure they can be manoeuvred into your intended place of use (eg: back patio) - the dining table models can usually be semi-dismantled if required to fit through standard doorways.
Free delivery within 1-4 business days to all postcodes starting with the prefixes CH, LL (excl LL35-48), L, WA, SK, M and CW.

That covers the Wirral Peninsula, Cheshire, greater Liverpool & Manchester and most of North Wales.
We deliver by pallet delivery outside those postcode areas to mainland England and Wales for £70.00.
We deliver by pallet to Scotland lower half postcode areas G, ML, EH, TD, DG, KY and KA (mainland) for £100.00.
For everywhere else please contact us before purchase and we'll give you a rate. We can pretty much send to anywhere that the commercial pallet companies deliver to, including highlands and islands, NI and Channel Islands.

We may deliver using either of the following means, depending on the delivery location and the specific goods ordered. Either:

In the case of a 3rd party palletised delivery the following details should be noted:

the delivery person will deliver your firetable on its pallet, using a hydraulic pallet trolley, to either the pavement or, if suitable, to the front driveway / front door of the delivery address.
we usually ask the pallet delivery company to contact you prior to delivery to ensure that you are going to be in. This may delay the delivery but is far better for the securtity / integrity of the order.
if you have no suitable space / location for the palletised order to be left securely outside your property then please contact us before placing an online order.
the delivery driver is not able to deliver across any doorway threshold, nor to any non-ground level, nor to assist in the unpacking and final placement of the unit.
The supplied detachable heavy duty carry handles make it very easy to relocate your table to its place of use with a few able-bodied adults (bodies not supplied!).
